The Coolest 'Secret' Handshake Ever

To do this demands two buddies, preferably ones who have been solid for years. The first one greets the second by saying: "what it is?" and salutes or raises his hand in the air much like the bear below:

Buddy #2 immediately readies his hand to shake by outstretching it, usually lower, as the chap does below:

The two clasp hands and shake vigorously as friend #2 responds to "what it is?" with a "where it's at!"

Next, both begin to release the handshake and then curl and hook their fingers like Homer and his friend do here, while also raising their free hands in the air AS friend #1 says "HEP CAT"...

Curled hands are yanked away and both raised hands come together in the air as #2 responds "nothin' flat". Just think, not flat, like a mountain, like high in the air, like the hands are.

Then #1 asks "no jive?" as they 'daps' or 'props' (or basically both make fists and punch them together for those of you who do not know what 'daps' or 'props' are)...

Finally, #2 says "gimme five!" and holds his or her palm upturned.. then they give each other five. This means slapping the open hands together if you are a total dummy.

So to re-cap, the action list is: 1. salute or raise hands 2.handshake 3.curl and pull away 4.meet opposite hands together in air 5. daps 6. give 'five'

Each verbal line corresponds to the same step # as the actions (ie "No jive?" is done at the same time as Step 5, which is daps-ing.)
